Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara has an outstanding opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join our growing Breast Surgery Department. This role offers the chance to work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, one of the region?s premier cancer care facilities.

Position Details

100% breast surgery practice - no general surgery call or coverage required

Collaborative, integrated care model with multidisciplinary specialists

Participation in weekly breast tumor board conferences

Work alongside an established breast surgeon and dedicated clinic APC/navigation teams

Perform surgeries at the state-of-the-art Foothill Ambulatory Surgery Center

You will join a robust oncology team that includes:

Medical Oncologists

Radiation Oncologists

Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons

Breast Radiologists

Dedicated navigation, wellness, and patient support services

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

Fellowship training in Breast Surgery (required)

Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care

Interest in program growth and clinical excellence
