Location:

Sunnyvale, CA Position details: Post-acute and long-term patient care in skilled nursing facilities Onsite clinic ancillary, primary care and specialty support After hour coverage (10pm - 7am) is provided by the MD Triage team No weekend requirements

Qualifications:
