Job Description
We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist Physician for a 12-day locum tenens assignment in California, commencing Oct 28, 2026. This role involves comprehensive patient care from 8am to 5pm in a clinic setting, complemented by necessary call coverage. The physician will be responsible for a wide range of obstetrical and gynecological procedures, ensuring high-quality women's health services. Responsibilities and Duties Perform vaginal deliveries Conduct C-section deliveries (with or without vacuum assistance) Execute D&C procedures Manage high-risk deliveries Provide Nexplanon insertions and removals Offer IUD insertions and removals Perform papsmears Conduct circumcisions Perform vasectomies Conduct colposcopies Perform cultures Execute LEEP procedures Additional Information Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required. The EMR system utilized is Cerner. The schedule includes 8am-5pm clinic hours with call coverage requirements.
