Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health screenings. Manage chronic illnesses and coordinate care with specialists as needed. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in areas such as Cardiology, Hematology, Nephrology, Pediatrics, Skills Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Empathy and compassion for patients from diverse backgrounds.
