Competitive Pay Packages Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide comprehensive emergency medical evaluations, stabilization, and treatment for diverse acute conditions Manage and oversee high-acuity, time-sensitive cases in the Emergency Department Perform and support emergency procedures within scope of practice Coordinate patient care with nursing, specialists, and support staff to ensure safe and timely dispositions Document clinical care accurately in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment What You Need Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the state of California Certification in ABEM or
AOBEM, BLS, ACLS, PALS
Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience Completion of an accredited 3-year Emergency Medicine residency program Proven experience in high-volume Level 1 Trauma Centers or equivalent setting Academic experience and publications preferred, along with membership in relevant medical societies About the Assignment This role is at a busy emergency department within a leading facility in Twentynine Palms, CA. The assignment involves managing a wide range of emergency cases in a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on high-quality patient care and safety. The position offers flexibility with shift scheduling and the opportunity to extend your contract based on performance and facility needs.
