The Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to patients during the day or night shift, ensuring high-quality treatment and support in a hospital or clinical setting. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing a variety of medical conditions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Schedule will be 7 days on/7 days off then 7 nights on and 7 days off. Total of two weeks a month. Additional shifts available. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations during nighttime hours. Manage acute medical conditions and provide timely interventions. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and health management. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols. Stay updated on best practices in nocturnal care, including telehealth services. Skills . Experience with Medication administration, ensuring safe and effective delivery of treatments. Familiarity with Home care practices to support patients transitioning from hospital to home. Background in Internal Medicine for managing the healthcare needs of adult complex patients. Strong understanding of Infection control measures to prevent hospital-acquired infections. Expertise in Diabetes care for managing chronic conditions effectively. Awareness of Public health principles to promote community health initiatives. Experience in Infectious disease care for diagnosing and treating various infections.
