One year clinical teaching and simulation fellowship, available for the 2024

• 2025 academic year.

Program includes dedicated hours to academics, clinical hours with EM residency at Kaweah Delta Medical Center as well as surrounding sites, and opportunity to lead educational sessions for a variety of learners, including residents of multiple specialties, high school students and ancillary staff. Required Experience and Competencies Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program required. Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine. • Visalia, California A 250-bed facility and Level III Trauma Center.

STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center. 74-bed Emergency Department with 98,000 annual visits. 24/7 case management, social work, and in-house interpreters. Kaweah Health Medical Center operates an ACGME accredited 3-year EM residency with 18 residents per year, ACGME accredited Sim/US/education/admin EM fellowships, and an AP fellowship program, taking rolling admission with up to 4 AP fellows per year. • $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
