Quality Care, Meaningful Interactions and a mission-driven environment. Manage a panel of 1,200 patients, averaging around 12 patients per day to deliver truly personalized medicine. No call, no weekends! 4-5 day work weeks dependent on location. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team-including Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health professionals, and robust support staff in a collaborative environment.
