Licensed Physicians Paid Community Medical Clinics (Dominican Republic)

HaitiChildren / Mercy & Sharing is expanding its medical outreach into underserved communities in the Dominican Republic, with a focus on the batey communities. We are currently seeking licensed physicians to participate in paid, community-based clinical services . This is a paid clinical opportunity This is not a volunteer position . We operate a structured compensation model (per patient or per clinic day), designed to ensure consistency, accountability, and fair compensation for physicians. Program Overview Clinics are held in local churches and community sites during the week Physicians provide direct patient care, treatment, and prescriptions All patient encounters are documented in an organized clinical system Support staff and logistics are coordinated by our team Physicians are compensated for all clinical time worked What We Are Looking For We are seeking physicians who can work directly with our program on a consistent basis. This is a field-based role in a structured outreach setting. We are not seeking organizational partnerships or affiliated program collaborations at this time. Ideal Candidates Licensed and practicing physicians in good standing Experience in community health, primary care, or low-resource settings preferred Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in structured clinical systems Committed to high-quality patient care and accountability Willingness to travel to batey communities as needed Availability We are especially interested in physicians who can commit to regular availability (weekly or monthly clinic rotations).
