Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a full-time, in-person opportunity in Grand Junction, Colorado. This position offers a collaborative, team-based primary care environment with a strong focus on comprehensive patient care and community health. Position Highlights Full-time, in-person position Four-day workweek (4x10s) Approximately 15-17 patients per day Alternative schedules may be available No call; outpatient care only Integrated Behavioral Health providers at each clinic Robust team-based clinical support including MAs, RNs, patient navigators, and case managers Onsite pharmacy, dental, and psychiatry services Active quality program with strong outcomes Broad scope of practice including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and in-office procedures Collaborative practice with physicians and APPs Qualifications & Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program Active Colorado physician license Active DEA registration Current BLS certification Experience providing outpatient care to both adult and pediatric patients Ability to provide limited prenatal care, with the majority of pregnancy management, labor and delivery, and postpartum care referred out Experience with in-office procedures such as cryotherapy, skin biopsies, soft-tissue incision and drainage (I&D), joint injections, toenail removal, and insertion/removal of long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs) Colposcopy experience is optional Comfortable working as part of an integrated care team with support from Behavioral Health, Case Management, Nursing, and other clinical team members Ability to work full-time and in person in Grand Junction, Colorado Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of approximately 216,024 - 263,848 based on experience Sign-on bonus Paid malpractice coverage Guaranteed CME stipend and 40-hour CME allowance per year 401(k) match and safe-harbor contribution Generous PTO accrual with additional holiday pay and sick-leave allowance Federal and state loan-repayment options
