OnPoint Medical Group is committed to expanding access to high-quality healthcare in our surrounding communities, in the most effective and affordable manner possible. OnPoint Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch is seeking an experienced physician interested in expanding their leadership responsibilities while continuing to provide high-quality patient care. This position is 32 patient facing hours during a 4-day work week. The Physician Lead will serve as a key clinical leader for the practice, working closely with a the Senior Physician Lead. This position will serve as the secondary physician leadership role within OnPoint Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch and will help support clinical operations, provider engagement, quality initiatives, strategic priorities, and the continued growth and success of the practice. The Physician Lead will also represent and support OnPoint Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch in leadership activities outside of regular clinic responsibilities, including participation in the Medical Advisory Committee, strategy meetings, leadership meetings, and other organizational events or initiatives as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys clinical practice while also seeking a greater voice in practice leadership, team development, strategy, and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the Senior Physician Lead on clinical, operational, and strategic priorities. Serve as a physician leadership resource for providers and team members. Support provider engagement, communication, collaboration, and a positive practice culture. Assist with clinical quality, patient experience, and performance improvement initiatives. Help identify and address workflow, operational, and provider-related opportunities. Participate in physician recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and retention efforts as appropriate. Support implementation of OnPoint Medical Group initiatives and organizational priorities. Provide leadership coverage and support when the Senior Physician Lead is unavailable. Maintain an active clinical practice and model OnPoint Medical Group's standards for quality, professionalism, and teamwork. Be available for leadership responsibilities and activities outside of direct clinic responsibilities, including Medical Advisory Committee meetings, strategy meetings, organizational leadership meetings, and other events or initiatives as needed. Represent OnPoint Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch and the provider perspective in broader organizational discussions and initiatives when appropriate.
