Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and outgoing team player for our Treatment Coordinator position. Your expertise in presenting treatment plans, reviewing payment options, and scheduling patients to start treatment will be essential. Responsibilities Present treatment plan with Doctor and discuss treatment fees and payment options Coordinate patient treatments by scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and necessary procedures Answer phones, take new patient phone calls, text appointment reminders, follow ups, make appointments, etc. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure all medical records are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards Skills Strong sales skills Strong communication skills Confident presenting treatment options, treatment fees and getting patients to accept treatment and start treatment Comfortable with computers and EMR and navigating different software programs Willingness to learn / navigate software efficiently Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, providers, insurers, and team members effectively Join us in delivering outstanding healthcare services and help people look their best.

Pay:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 36.0 per week
