Job Description

  • GYN Surgery Opening Near Boulder, CO
  • Located in Longmont, CO
  • Boulder 14m, Denver 36m We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gynecologic Surgeon with expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) to join a well-established, high-volume surgical practice specializing in advanced endometriosis care.
Fellowship training in MIGS is preferred, although candidates with extensive experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery will also be considered. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, physician-led practice with immediate access to a robust surgical volume, dedicated robotic operating room time, and a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Call limited to established surgical patients
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with complex gynecologic conditions, including advanced endometriosis.
  • Perform minimally invasive gynecologic procedures utilizing robotic-assisted and laparoscopic techniques.
  • Evaluate patients pre-operatively and provide post-operative follow-up care.
  • Collaborate closely with specialists in general surgery, urology, and interventional radiology to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in limited call coverage for established surgical patients only.
  • Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for clinical documentation.
  • Practice Highlights
  • High-volume, established practice with immediate surgical case availability.
  • Current surgical volume averages 12-14 robotic procedures per week.
  • Existing patient waitlist of approximately five months.
  • Dedicated robotic operating room time.
  • Advanced Practice Providers manage most new patient consultations, allowing physicians to focus on surgical care and perioperative management.
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration across multiple surgical specialties.
  • Physician-led medical group with an extensive network of providers.
  • Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS)
  • Fellowship training in MIGS preferred, or significant equivalent surgical experience
  • Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • DEA registration prior to start date
  • Preferred:
    Clean malpractice history

  • Annual salary range: $385,000

  • Candidate Requirements
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology with demonstrated expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
  • Fellowship training is preferred but not required for candidates with extensive MIGS experience.
  • Must be eligible for Colorado medical licensure and obtain DEA registration prior to employment.
  • Candidates should be committed to delivering exceptional surgical care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
