(Physician/MD qualifications required) Urology - Permanent | Full-Time | Urology An established and growing Urology practice in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a high-volume practice with immediate patient demand. Position Highlights Highly competitive salary:
$550,000-$610,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications Immediate high-productivity bonus potential after exceeding the base guarantee threshold Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Approximately 25 clinic patients and 12 procedures per day Practice split averages 2.5 days clinic | 1.5 days OR Hospital call rotation approximately 1:4 to 1:6 Maximum of approximately 6 call days per month 24-hour call shifts Typical call volume: 2-3 consults and 1-2 surgeries per day Clinic and call may occur on the same day Robotic experience is not required Practice & Clinical Responsibilities The Urologist will: Provide comprehensive general urologic care to adult patients Evaluate and diagnose a broad range of urologic conditions Perform surgical treatment of urologic conditions Provide care in both outpatient clinic and hospital|surgical settings Participate in a high-volume clinical practice with immediate patient demand Participate in hospital call for inpatient consultations and emergency cases Collaborate with 4 established Urologists plus a community partner Work alongside a robust clinical support team Utilize Epic EMR Contribute to high-quality patient care and clinical excellence Collaborate with teammates and leadership to help shape the future of urology services Advanced Technology & Surgical Resources The practice offers access to state-of-the-art surgical technology, including: Two Da Vinci XI robotic surgical systems Robotics expansion planned Aquablation technology Comprehensive OR and hospital resources Robotic experience is not a requirement for this position.
