Regular Full-Time Silverton Medical Ctr campus Overview Legacy Medical Group, part of the Legacy Health system is actively seeking a full-time sports medicine surgeon to join our growing orthopedic team serving the Central Willamette Valley region in the highly desirable Silverton community. This position offers a full-spectrum general orthopedic practice caring for patients of all ages. The incoming surgeon will step into a well-established clinical and surgical schedule with a balanced mix of acute injuries, fracture care, joint and soft-tissue conditions, as well as elective and trauma-related operative cases. Our department is recognized for its strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and we look forward to welcoming a surgeon who thrives in a team-based, patient-centered environment. Ideal for an orthopedic surgeon with a desire to be part of a growing orthopedic practice working with both adult and pediatric patients. Foot & Ankle or Hand subspecialty a plus Participation in Level IV trauma call is required. Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent. Completion of ACGME accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency. Orthopedic Fellowship training preferred.License and Certifications:
Medical License for the applicable state. Board Eligible/Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. BLS certification through the American Heart Association Membership on Legacy Silverton Medical Staff upon appointment.Experience:
Two to three years' experience in the management of orthopedic patients preferred.
