Job Description
A 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Southeast Colorado is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team consisting of one physician and two experienced advanced practice providers. This dedicated group is looking for a community minded midlevel who is passionate about delivering meaningful, high quality care to a rural population.
The Opportunity:
