Job Description Thompson Medical | Thompson & Canterbury, CT Thompson Medical is an exceptional, family-oriented primary care practice seeking a Physician Assistant interested in family medicine to join our tight-knit team. Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Call/Weekends:

None. No on-call, evening, or weekend requirements.

Locations:

Outpatient clinics in Thompson and Canterbury, CT (20 minutes apart).

Practice Overview:

Supportive Environment:

Work collaboratively alongside 2 Board-Certified Physicians, 2 physician assistants, and a highly tenured support staff featuring a dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant-to-provider ratio.

Broad Scope of Care:

Manage the full spectrum of chronic and acute conditions for a diverse patient demographic spanning from newborns to geriatrics, seeing an average of 16-20 patients per day.

Clinical Duties:

Provide comprehensive primary care, including routine physicals, annual wellness exams, and basic women's health care, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and continuity of care.

Licensure:

Active, unrestricted Connecticut PA license (or eligibility to obtain).

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
