NYCPosition Details:
Part-Time/Per Diem Outpatient-focused with potential inpatient consults Person-centered, patient-engaged care model Supportive, wellness-focused work environment Suburban setting with easy commute and free parkingClinical Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders, including:- Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, gestational)
- Thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules)
- Adrenal and pituitary disorders
- Growth and puberty disorders
- Osteoporosis and calcium disorders
- Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Interpret laboratory tests and imaging related to hormonal conditions Develop and manage long-term treatment plans, including medication, hormone therapy, and lifestyle guidance Monitor chronic conditions and adjust treatment as needed Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists Educate patients on disease management and prevention
