Our practice is dedicated to evidence-based medicine and education. This community-oriented group with 5 providers in a suburban area has been in existence for 30 years. Pediatricians and physician associates collaborate to provide patient centered care. Close affiliation with Connecticut Children's Medical Center and local birthing center. Opportunities for teaching Quinnipiac students. No hospital rounding. Light telephone call with nurse triage. Pediatric specific EHR. Broad spectrum of patients across all socioeconomic backgrounds. Competitive salary, 4 weeks PTO, 1 week CME with stipend, 401K with employer match, and health insurance. Experience Proven post-residency experience in a clinical setting with a strong background in primary care or specialized fields such as anesthesiology, pediatrics, internal medicine, or emergency medicine. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing EMR systems. Familiarity with protocols including discharge planning, infection control measures, CPT coding for billing purposes, and HIPAA compliance standards. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospital medicine units, outpatient clinics, or urgent care settings enhances adaptability. Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology combined with excellent patient service skills to deliver compassionate care across various age groups and health conditions.
