Established Primary Care practice since 2012 is hiring due to growth, focusing on health and wellness. Personized care with routine check-ups and other specialized care tailored to clients particular needs.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, develop, implement and update patient treatment plans ages 18 and up Prescribe medications and treatment Perform comprehensive physical examinations Communicate and collaborate with Mid-levels regarding medical care Full time Nurse Practitioner on site. Update patient medical records daily

Qualifications:

Previous Primary Care experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Collaboration with colleagues and staff MD/DO new grads are encouraged to apply! Connecticut license ideal, BC/BE Medical license and DEA reimbursement Malpractice insurance paid, 3% 401K match day one
