Job Description
Overview Access Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a relationship-driven Physician Liaison / Healthcare Marketing Specialist to grow provider partnerships and increase patient referrals throughout the Rocky Hill area. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys building relationships, representing a healthcare brand in the community, and turning outreach efforts into measurable referral growth.
Pay Rate:

Responsibilities What You'll Accomplish Within your first several months, you will:- Build productive relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, case managers, hospital systems, and other healthcare partners.
- Develop and execute a territory outreach plan focused on increasing awareness and patient referrals.
- Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing provider offices.
- Coordinate opportunities for physical therapists and clinic leaders to connect with referral sources.
- Track outreach activity, referral trends, and market opportunities to determine what is working and where additional focus is needed.
- Support community events, partnerships, sponsorships, and local marketing initiatives.
- Help clinic leaders create action plans for locations needing additional referral growth. What Makes Someone Successful You will be a strong fit if you can:

- Represent Access Physical Therapy with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualifications Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in physician liaison work, healthcare marketing, medical sales, provider relations, community outreach, or business development.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is helpful. Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
