Job Description
Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care float opportunity based in Shelton, Connecticut. This role requires at least five years of provider experience and is ideal for an APP with strong primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, urgent care, or outpatient medicine experience. The incoming provider will support outpatient primary care needs, evaluate patients, manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical staff.
