Job Description

PM&R Physician - Interventional MSK/Spine - Stamford CT / Westchester NY Build Something Special. Not Just Another Clinic. A well-established, rapidly growing surgical group (25+ years in business) is adding a PM&R physician (Physiatrist) to help build a high-volume interventional MSK/spine + pain program across the tri-state. The platform is already in place—ASCs, patient acquisition/marketing, employer partnerships, payer contracts, and strong ops support—and they're looking for the right physician to help lead the next phase of growth alongside an established ortho + spine team. The Opportunity This is a procedural, ASC-supported role where you'll serve as the front door for MSK patients and help build an internal referral pipeline to their total joint, general ortho, and spine surgeons.

You will:

Evaluate and treat MSK/pain conditions (back/neck pain, radiculopathy, joint pain, neuropathy, sports-related MSK issues, post-op needs) Perform workups (H&P, imaging; EMG/NCS as indicated) Deliver interventional procedures including: Epidurals (ESI/TFESI) Facet injections, MBB + RFA, SI injections Peripheral/genicular blocks, trigger points Large-joint injections, viscosupplementation, PRP Coordinate conservative plans (PT/OT, bracing, meds) and collaborate closely with ortho/spine surgeons Help grow referrals and clinical pathways in-market

Requirements Required:

MD/DO;

ACGME PM&R

residency;

ABPMR BC/BE

; high-volume interventional MSK/spine experience (fluoro + ultrasound-guided); NY and/or CT license + DEA.

Preferred:

Pain/Interventional Pain fellowship; ASC-based/high-volume practice experience; growth-minded/program-building.
