Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate must have a medical degree from an accredited Medical School
  • Completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine.
  • Current Connecticut Licensure or application in process.
  • Must be Board Certified or Eligible to sit for exam.
  • Must have comfort level with medical complexity and multiple concurrent comorbidity Professional positive attitude, vision, understanding of customer service principals, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully accomplish tasks necessary to meet high standards of ethical and social responsibility required by this position.
