Paid / Part-Time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our dynamic mental health care team. In this role, the Psychiatrist will provide clinical oversight for our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) program , conduct psychiatric evaluations, initiate TMS treatment, and provide ongoing clinical guidance to our psychiatric team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience with diverse patient populations and a commitment to providing evidence-based, patient-centered psychiatric care. Responsibilities Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and the medical team. Provide psychiatric oversight for the organization's TMS treatment program . Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations for appropriate patients. Initiate and oversee TMS treatment when clinically indicated. Provide clinical recommendations regarding diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management. Review patient progress and provide appropriate clinical guidance to the treatment team. Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and professional standards. In-Person Requirement The Psychiatrist will be required to come into the office one day per month to: Initiate TMS treatment for appropriate patients. Complete initial psychiatric evaluations. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the psychiatric team as needed. Fridays are preferred , but scheduling may be discussed based on the Psychiatrist's availability. Compensation The Psychiatrist will receive 95% reimbursement for each TMS session and initial psychiatric evaluation performed under this arrangement. Compensation and scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process. Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO). Active and unrestricted Florida medical license . Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry. Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Ability to provide clinical supervision and guidance to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Experience with or willingness to work with TMS treatment . Strong understanding of psychiatric diagnoses, psychopharmacology, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
