Job Description

Endocrinologist
  • South Florida No Hospital Call, No Insurance Physician-owned direct-pay endocrinology practice
  • no call, no insurance billing, 9 to 4, hour-long consults.
  • No hospital call
  • none. No inpatient, no weekends, no shared coverage.
  • No insurance billing. No prior auths, no denials, no RVU targets.
  • 60-minute new consults, 30-minute follow-ups
  • roughly 9-10 patients a day, not 25.
  • 4 or 5 days per week , 9:00 AM-4:00 PM with a full hour for lunch. Clinical mix is about 70% women's health
  • menopause, perimenopause, HRT, PCOS, bone health
  • alongside general endocrinology including thyroid, diabetes, and obesity.
Mentorship in women's health endocrinology is provided for physicians coming from a general or diabetes-heavy background.
The practice covers everything:
office, support staff, a dedicated virtual assistant, accounting, and marketing during your ramp-up. No buy-in and no capital required. Earning potential is well above MGMA 90th-percentile endocrinology, with no buy-in and no capital at risk. The full picture doesn't fit in a posting; it's a ten-minute phone conversation, and most physicians are surprised by the math. Florida has no state income tax.
Requirements:
BC/BE Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. 5+ years preferred. Florida license or license-eligible.
