Job Description
Sanitas Medical Center in Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) fluent in English and Spanish. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics, within a collaborative care environment. The position emphasizes building meaningful long-term relationships and contributing to a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes. Practice Info 100% outpatient primary care practice Care for patients of all ages is preferred including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Value-based care model focused on quality outcomes Strong clinical and administrative support Modern technology and resources designed to enhance physician satisfaction and patient care Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based incentive bonus Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage CME allowance and paid CME time (if applicable) Shift & Schedule Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM No weekends No on-call responsibilities Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
