ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Atlantic Grove Chiropractic & Rehabilitation is a 16-year sports therapeutic practice in Boca Raton, FL, founded and led by Dr. Hessam — team chiropractor for FAU Athletics and corporate physician for PepsiCo and Frito-Lay. We are simultaneously launching Boca Revive, a membership-based, technology-forward wellness brand operating under the same roof, focused on advanced recovery modalities and performance optimization. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice at a genuine inflection point — expanding its clinical model, adding a rehabilitation track, and building a team that will serve everyone from D-I collegiate athletes and corporate wellness clients to high-performance professionals in South Florida. PT THE ROLE

As our first PTA, you will work directly alongside the physical therapists and chiropractor to deliver a full-spectrum rehabilitation experience under our new Comprehensive Visit model. You will own the exercise and functional rehabilitation component of every treatment — designing and supervising individualized programs for each patient — while collaborating closely with the PT & DC on outcomes, progressions, and discharge planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and supervise individualized therapeutic exercise programs within a 15-minute hands-on block per Comprehensive Visit Collaborate with the supervising DC to develop and progress patient care plans from acute injury through return to sport or function Support FAU Athletics sideline and clinical coverage as an extension of the sports medicine team Participate in PepsiCo and Frito-Lay corporate wellness events, ergonomic screenings, and on-site employee health programming Operate and assist with advanced modalities including K-Laser, Shockwave Therapy, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, and Hyperbaric Chamber Document patient progress, functional outcomes, and home exercise programs accurately and efficiently Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and long-term performance maintenance Contribute to the development and growth of Boca Revive's membership-based rehabilitation programming

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program

Required:

Active PTA licensure in the state of Florida (or eligibility pending exam)

Required:

Strong foundation in therapeutic exercise, functional movement, and patient education

Preferred:

Experience or genuine interest in sports medicine, orthopedics, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation

Preferred:

Familiarity with soft-tissue techniques, dry needling, or advanced modality-assisted rehabilitation a plus

Preferred:

Exceptional interpersonal skills — our patients range from D-I athletes to Fortune 500 executives

Preferred:

CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

SCHEDULE & LOCATION
