Job Description
Palm Beach County Florida - Urologist Physician Opening Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified General Urologist to join a busy, well-established, health system-employed practice. This is a full-time opportunity with an established referral base, experienced leadership, and strong potential for continued growth. Practice Highlights Full-time, health system-employed positionEstablished group with strong referral relationships and continued growthExperienced physician and APP supportOutpatient clinic coverage 2-3 days per weekTypical clinic hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PMPatient volume of approximately 18-20+ patients per daySee patients age 18 and olderRequired call of up to 7 days per monthFull scope of general urologic careSubspecialty interests welcomedEstablished clinical protocols and coveragePA/NP support for inpatient and outpatient careFirst-assistant support available for surgical cases Procedures & Technology Clinic well equipped for cystoscopy, biopsy, and other office-based proceduresDedicated cystoscopy roomDedicated ASC located in the same building as the clinicDedicated operating room/block time availableAccess to advanced surgical technology, including Da Vinci XI robotic surgical system Opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings Candidate Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institutionBoard Eligible or Board Certified in General Urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU)Active and unrestricted medical license, or eligibility for licensure by start datePrior experience providing the full scope of general urologic careResidents, fellowship-trained physicians, and new graduates are welcomeSummer 2027 graduates encouraged to applySubspecialized training or interests are welcome but not requiredComfortable practicing in a busy clinical environmentCompletion of all required due diligence and credentialing requirementsCommitment to quality, patient-centered careProfessional demeanor and strong collaborative skills Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss this opportunity in more detail!
