Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Duties Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans. Provide routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations for patients. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring appropriate management of conditions. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as Occupational Health, Ob/Gyn, Geriatrics, when necessary. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Engage in research activities to stay updated on advancements in family medicine practices. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Family Medicine. Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership when needed. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of family medicine. Spanish is required.
