Center Clinical Director â€" Delray Beach, FL

COMPENSATION

$280k base + Bonusâ€ and Partnership Our client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. Role:

Salary:

Base $280,000

Hours:

Monday â€" Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a â€" 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15) Work/Life Balance Small Patient Panel â€" 60-90 patientsâ€ max Manage PCPâ€ s and NPâ€ s

Patient Population:

Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in:

FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine Education:

MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.

Experience:

At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
