Just 1 hour from the Alabama state line and 1 hour from Pensacola, this location offers sugar-white beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a relaxed Gulf Coast lifestyle—perfect for physicians seeking strong earning potential and exceptional quality of life. Position Highlights

Established, high-volume practice with exceptional stability

Supportive team including 1 APP, 1 dedicated MA/Scribe, and MOHS Surgeon on-site 3 days/week

General Dermatology with optional cosmetics

30-40 patients/day with full scribe and administrative support

100% outpatient with no call

Flexible schedule: Mon-Thurs + optional half-day Friday

Strong demand with a 2-month appointment backlog

Compensation & Benefits

$360K-$420K base salary

Earning potential 2.5-3× base

40-45% of collections

Additional bonuses for APP oversight & cosmetic revenue

Who We're Looking For

MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Dermatology Residency

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

Eligible for a Florida medical license

Compassionate, patient-centered clinician

Open to experienced Dermatologists or strong new graduates
