Optimum has partnered with a hospital in Miami, Florida, that has an opening for a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to serve as their Director of EP Lab.

Take the next step in your career by leading a reputable EP lab supported by a multidisciplinary team and strong academic resources. This role combines clinical excellence, leadership responsibilities, and a competitive compensation package.

Position Highlights:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4 clinic days and 1 leadership day

Optional STEMI Call:

1:5 or 1:6 rotation

Annual Volume:

400 ablations, 100+ implantable defibrillators, 200 pacemakers, and 100 implantable cardiac monitors

Must be comfortable with complex EP, including complex VT and AF ablations

Current Team:

5 EPs, 3 EP fellows

Will be working with fellows

Full subspecialty support

EMR:

Epic

5-10+ years of experience preferred

Must be board-certified

Compensation & Benefits:
