[Miami, FL/ On-site] About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in Endocrinology to join our medical office on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with endocrine disorders, working collaboratively with our physicians and clinical team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, adrenal disorders, and metabolic/hormonal imbalances Conduct patient evaluations, review lab results, and develop individualized treatment plans under a collaborative practice agreement Prescribe and monitor medications, including insulin and hormone therapies, within scope of practice Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., thyroid panels, hormone levels, bone density scans) Collaborate with supervising physicians, nurses, and other specialists to coordinate patient care Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (APRN) Active and unrestricted state APRN license (or eligibility to obtain one) National certification (e.g., ANCC or AANP) as required by state Experience in endocrinology or a related specialty preferred Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary office setting Prior experience in an outpatient/office-based endocrinology practice preferred Schedule Part-time position; flexible/negotiable schedule Days and hours to be discussed based on candidate availability and practice needs How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume/CV and cover letter for consideration.
