Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Dundee, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in Value-Based Care or Managed Care, but new graduates are encouraged to apply as well. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Conduct thorough physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to develop effective treatment plans. Manage patient cases with a focus on preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide education to patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices. Stay current on medical trends and advancements to offer the best care possible.
Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain). Experience with Value-Based Care or Managed Care preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
