Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine) Fleming Island, Florida We re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Fleming Island, Florida who wants strong earning potential, coastal living, and a predictable weekday schedule. You ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on comprehensive primary care. You ll manage acute and chronic conditions while building meaningful patient relationships in a retention-driven practice supported by an established care team. Why this role is compelling
- Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Manageable volume of patients per day
- Required call schedule (details discussed during interview)

- Base salary: $240,000 $260,000
- Quarterly bonus opportunity up to 25%
