POSITION OVERVIEW
Join an established outpatient primary care practice focused on quality outcomes and long-term patient relationships Provide comprehensive care for adult patients managing both acute and chronic medical conditions See an average of 18-22 patients per day with built-in administrative time Practice alongside an experienced clinical support team in a retention-focused care model Enjoy practicing in one of Northeast Florida's most desirable coastal communities
COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$240,000-$260,000 Quarterly Bonus Opportunity Up To 25% Potential Sign-On Bonus
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM Built-In Administrative Time Rotating Call Schedule (Discussed During Interview) ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care and wellness examinations Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals Build long-term relationships with patients through continuity of care Document patient encounters accurately within the
