Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dermatological examinations, including medical history review and physical assessments of skin, hair, and nails Diagnose a wide range of skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, melanoma, and other skin cancers Develop and implement effective treatment plans utilizing medical, surgical, or cosmetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatments and other minimally invasive techniques Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties such as oncology, immunology, and plastic surgery to ensure holistic patient care Utilize advanced medical imaging and EMR/EHR systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently Educate patients on skin health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment care instructions Stay current with emerging dermatology research, clinical trials, and innovative treatment modalities to enhance patient outcomes Skills Extensive knowledge of dermatology practices combined with familiarity in related fields such as oncology, immunology, and cosmetic medicine Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms for seamless documentation and patient management Experience with medical imaging techniques relevant to dermatological diagnosis Strong ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, and family medicine Skilled in performing dermatological procedures such as suturing, biopsies, cryotherapy, laser treatments, and botulinum toxin injections Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate communication and education Post-residency experience in clinical settings with inpatient or outpatient care environments is highly desirable Join us in delivering exceptional dermatological care that transforms lives!
