Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary and preventive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. Conduct routine well-child exams, physicals, developmental screenings, and immunizations. Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, safety, and disease prevention. Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate cooperatively with the broader medical staff and support team.

Qualifications:

Medical Degree (MD or DO). Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics. Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligible to obtain). Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate bedside manner for interacting with children and parents. Spanish Speaking a plus! Compensation Salary Band:

$176,000-$218,000 commensurate with experience Generous PTO and dedicated CME allowance. 401k with 3% safe harbor. Malpractice insurance coverage. License and DEA fees covered.
