About Us WonderKidz Pediatrics is a growing, patient-centered pediatric clinic committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and families. As a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) practice, we focus on preventive care, strong family relationships, and coordinated care delivery. We are seeking a Part-Time Pediatrician to join our team as we continue to grow. This role offers flexibility with the opportunity to increase clinical days as patient volume expands. Position Overview The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient care, including well-child visits, sick visits, and preventive services. This is a flexible, part-time role starting with one day per week , with the expectation of growth to additional days based on clinic needs and provider availability. This position is ideal for a physician seeking: Flexible scheduling Supplemental clinical work A long-term opportunity to grow with a practice Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient pediatric care (well visits, sick visits, follow-ups) Perform routine developmental screenings and preventive care Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Administer and oversee immunizations in accordance with CDC/AAP guidelines Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR (PCC experience preferred) Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers Support practice growth through high-quality patient care and engagement
