This energetic position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will utilize your mechanical knowledge, technical skills, and customer service expertise to create comfortable environments in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and design specifications Conduct system diagnostics using electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure longevity and optimal operation Repair and replace mechanical components, electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and building automation systems as needed Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to execute installations accurately Diagnose complex system problems involving refrigeration, electrical systems, mechanical systems repair, and equipment troubleshooting Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system functions, maintenance procedures, and addressing client concerns professionally Skills Construction experience with knowledge of building codes and safety standards Service technician experience with hands-on work repairing HVAC/R equipment Proficiency in reading schematics and HVAC design plans for accurate installation and troubleshooting Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, and ventilation units Electrical diagnostics skills for troubleshooting electrical systems within HVAC equipment Experience with plumbing connections related to HVAC installations Familiarity with building automation systems for integrated climate control management Use of hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, multimeters, and other mechanical repair tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants (EPA 608 Certification) is required Ability to operate a van or truck safely as a licensed driver (Van driver certification preferred) Knowledge of appliance repair and general maintenance procedures for mechanical systems Join us in delivering innovative HVAC solutions that enhance comfort and efficiency!
