Are you a Psychiatrist who's passionate about leading care teams and transforming lives? In this role, you'll oversee admissions, treatment, and discharges while guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, person-centered care. From conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments to prescribing treatments and providing crisis intervention, you'll ensure individuals receive the highest quality of care. What You'll Do Oversee and coordinate comprehensive care for individuals served Provide psychiatric assessments, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team Prescribe psychotropic medications and other therapeutic interventions as appropriate Monitor individuals served progress, provide education, and support discharge planning Ensure accurate, timely documentation that meets state and accreditation requirements Provide crisis intervention and respond to urgent/emergency situations Submit required reports to the court as needed What We're Looking For Education & Training MD or DO degree from an accredited university (required) Completion of accredited residency in Psychiatry (required) Experience At least 1 year of clinical psychiatry experience (required) Licenses/Certifications Licensed to practice in state of employment (required) Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry (certification required within 6 months of hire) DEA registration (required) Why Join Us?
