Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of 21 physicians and 0 APPs at UF Jacksonville North Hospital. Five-year-old, state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications:

ABIM or ABFM certified with prior hospitalist experience. Requires a minimum of one year of recent, previous hospitalist experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Authorized to work in the United States. We proudly sponsor

Scheduling:

7-days-on, 7-days-off scheduling with flexibility for time off, eg - attend conferences, vacation, etc., and opportunity for moonlighting bonus. 11a - 11p admitter shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Admit on average 10-12 patients. Help support the hospitalist team's efforts in utilization management, compliance, clinical documentation improvement, and patient satisfaction at UF Jacksonville North Hospital. Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings. Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist. No procedures. Living and Working in
