Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in Kissimmee, Florida Several Other Locations are also Available $50k Sign-on Bonus Outpatient Focus Leadership Opportunities This Hematology and Oncology need for is a new practice set to open in the very near future, that will help with the patient demand in central Florida. Be a part of the opening of this practice with infusion infrastructure, marketing support to promote the physician, referrals for the practice and more. This physician-led practice is part of a large organization with experience in delivering high-quality oncology care while building long-term stability in the healthcare markets they service around the country. Other established locations in Florida are also available now and future expansion opportuniites are in abundance.
Practice Overview:
Schedule/Compensation & Benefits Monday through Friday outpatient clinic schedule Rotating weekends once Hospital Affiliation(s) are established Guaranteed base salary with performance incentives and a sign-on bonus Equity in the form of Stock (granted annually) $650k - $800K possible once established Full benefits package including PTO, 7 paid holidays + 3 Floating Holidays, and CME allowance Relocation up to $15k provided Candidate Profile Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology and eligible for a FL medical license Needs an experienced physician due to this new clinic opening Comfortable in a traditional outpatient Hem/Onc model About Kissimmee Sunshine and outdoor living year-round - Enjoy warm weather with easy access to lakes, golf courses, and nearby beaches.
