An established outpatient value-based primary care practice in Leesburg, Florida is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join its team. This is an immediate opportunity created by an upcoming physician transition. The incoming physician will step into an established patient panel , providing continuity of care to an existing patient population. Position Highlights Full-time Primary Care Physician Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or ACN Established patient panel Outpatient practice Value-based / managed care model Focus on quality, preventive care, and chronic disease management Collaborative, team-based environment Prior Primary Care experience required No new graduates Spanish-speaking ability preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal physician will have experience providing comprehensive adult primary care and be comfortable managing an established patient population.
