Lehigh Acres, FL Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Nocturnist ARNP to join our hospitalist team. This is a 7pm - 7am block schedule (7 nights on / 7 nights off) position. Candidates must have ARNP ICU/critical care background and hospitalist experience , with proven ability to run codes, respond to rapid response calls, and perform procedures independently. Primary Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physicals Maintain accurate and timely charting in accordance with protocols Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate Diagnose conditions and communicate results effectively with patients and families Prescribe and administer treatments and medications in line with hospital standards Provide preventive care, including patient education on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention Administer immunizations as required Coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate Fulfill reporting requirements, including deaths and contagious diseases, per regulations Respond to rapid responses and code events; perform procedures within scope of practice Other duties as assigned Qualifications Current and active State of Florida ARNP license in good standing Florida DEA license (if applicable) National Board Certification (required) BLS certification (required; ACLS strongly preferred) Must have worked in a hospital setting within the last 12 months Strong background in ICU/critical care and hospitalist medicine with demonstrated procedural competency Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life Insurance Short- and Long-term Disability coverage CME allowance Malpractice and Tail covered
