We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to provide locum tenens coverage in Loxahatchee, Florida. Due to higher-than-anticipated patient volumes, the emergency department is seeking additional physician coverage for ongoing PM shifts in a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment. Non-Trauma Center Clinical Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of emergent and urgent medical conditions.
- Perform emergency procedures as clinically indicated.
- Stabilize patients requiring admission or transfer to higher levels of care.
- Collaborate with emergency physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and ancillary personnel to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Complete accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Maintain compliance with departmental protocols and quality standards. Staffing Model
