Job Description Help for Partial Job Description. Opens a new window. Health First is seeking a compassionate APRN to join our growing Bariatric & Weight Loss Management team! Whether you're an experienced APRN or a newer provider looking to grow your skills, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working in a supportive outpatient setting. Our APRNs care for patients throughout their medical weight-loss journey, providing personalized treatment, education, monitoring, and ongoing support. You'll work closely with patients as they develop sustainable strategies for improving their health and achieving their weight-loss goals. What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients participating in medical weight-management programs
  • Manage patients using GLP-1 medications and other appropriate weight-loss therapies with Health First's NewFit Program
  • Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and medication management
  • Provide education, encouragement, and compassionate guidance throughout the weight-loss journey
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and help them achieve meaningful health goals Why You'll Love This Opportunity
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 8AM-4:30PM
  • No practice call
  • Approximately 15-20 patients per day
  • Outpatient-focused practice environment
