Job Description

Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time outpatient nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our practice in Miami Lakes, FL. Position Overview:
Full-time 4 days per week 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks from 8am-noon Join a group of 3 pediatricians and 1 nurse practitioner
EMR:
eClinical Works with AI Charting Minimum of 2 years of general pediatric experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant Spanish is strongly preferred

2 years of general pediatric experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant is required
Education, Licensure & Certification:
Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006, must be board certified Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required The Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
