Pediatrician Tampa Bay FL Urgently Hiring Physician-Owned Practice | Outpatient Only | Full time Join an established, physician-owned pediatric practice serving families in the Tampa Bay area. We're seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician (ABP) to join our growing outpatient team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term practice with strong clinical support, modern technology, and a compensation model that rewards productivity. This position is outpatient general pediatrics: well visits from newborn through 18, sick visits, ADHD and behavioral care, immunizations, and chronic condition management. Requirements MD or DO Board Certified in Pediatrics (ABP) Completed a U.S. Pediatrics Residency Florida license preferred Candidates in or near the Tampa Bay area are strongly preferred Practice Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Outpatient general pediatrics Build to approximately 25 patients/day EMR with ambient AI documentation Light call: newborn rounding, ER peer calls, and 1 weekend/month (NPs handle most triage) Compensation & Benefits $150,000-$190,000+ total compensation Guaranteed base + productivity BCBS health insurance (100% employee premium paid)
